Fill Yourself Up With Love 
2015 was an amazing and transformative year for me. I am excited to share new ideas and adventures with you in 2016. I will be offering journeys in nature this year. Remember your wildness. Feel the grace of the natural world. I will hold space for you to open up and feel while in nature. Write your story, journal, create art, or just wander and take it all in. Shining smiles will form. Come!
